The MHP–100 mini bakery consists of proofing and baking cabinets. Capacity 100 kg.
The proofing cabinet is a chamber in which an electric heater is located, covered with a hearth sheet. Inside the cabinet there is a container for filling with water, and trays-grids on which baking molds with dough or baking trays with small bakery products are installed. The proofing cabinet has a three-position temperature control.
The bakery cabinet is a heat-insulated frying chamber, the heating of which is carried out by a group of heating elements located two at the top and bottom. Along the inner wall of the chamber there is a water tank, which is filled through a special connection fitting with the water main.

The electric baking cabinet SHPE-2,04 is designed for baking a wide range of bread, bakery and confectionery products. Heating is carried out by a group of heating elements arranged four at the top and bottom. The furnace is characterized by reliability in operation, ergonomics and functionality. The temperature required for baking with a range of 180-280C is automatically maintained using temperature relay sensors.
